Do I have an Insomnia first edition?

Hello,

I am of course collecting Stephen King first editions, and I was wondering if my version of Insomnia is a first. Everything signifies that it is a first except for the little word (Export) below a weird currency value next to the dust jacket code. Is this still a first? And if not what edition is it?

According to this guide, the copyright page will say "First Published in 1994 by Viking Penguin" and have the numbers "1 3 5 7 9 10 8 6 4 2"
