I have a First edition, Hardcover, SIGNED, limited Ziesing Book in leather and it has no number. Is this bad?

I have no info to help you, but I think it looks like a cool thing to have.
Not being being a bibliophile, I won't be much help-but there are several more learned folk who should be able to give you some idea...best of luck...
Haven"t a clue. But am interested in what you find out.Keep us updated.
I can think of several possible explanations here, but I have no way of knowing which one would be correct. It could be an "overrun" copy, where they did a couple of extra copies in case they ended up needing one, like if one got destroyed before reaching its buyer, that seems most likely to me.
If you don't get the information you want here, try contacting the publisher and asking them how exactly your copy came to be as it is. ziesingbooks@frontiernet.net .
We all float down here.
