As others have said, it depends on what you mean by 'normal.' Rita Hayworth and the Shawshank Redemption, The Body, Apt Pupil (all in Different Seasons) don't contain any supernatural elements, and they are some of King's best works, IMHO. Same with the portion of the novel "Hearts in Atlantis" bearing the name "Hearts in Atlantis." It could be a stand-alone novella. For a conservative, Southern, republican like me, "Hearts in Atlantis" showed me a side of the protests around the Vietnam War I had never seen before. Deloris Claiborne, Cujo, and Misery also don't have supernatural elements. A few others as well, but those come to mind.
    Long days and pleasant nights.

Everyone else has already given you their opinions(and GREAT ones at that!) I just wonder one thing, pal-why would you want 'normal' . (I mean you can go to library & just pick at random & find 'normal'. I like creative and imaginative story telling. and SK is captivating! He ties you to a chair with his words (that smooth tongued raskel) and squeezes every shiver he can! lol Long Live SK, and may his pencil always remain sharp!

I think Under The Dome and Needful Things as it is about ordinary people in the town how they interact and what happens to them. Enjoy.

Just wanted to quickly add one that nobody has mentioned here which I enjoyed and which could be realistic (if that's what you mean) is "The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon".
