LOL, and looks like your Jim Tressel needs a new job...
In the 70’s two towns near Centralia… Frackville and Mahanoy City. But Centralia had some cute girls and great secluded areas (that wouldn’t be bothered by the cops) to have our spontaneous beer parties. Centralia is now a ghost town, but creepy interesting to still drive through, especially when the smoke and fumes (maybe that’s why I am what I am LOL) from the underground mine fires are heavy. It reminds me of a scene from a horror movie, and I thought fitting for SKMB. Now I live about 45 minutes west of Centralia.![]()
Oooops… that’s east of Centralia, not west (directionally challenged). Just down the road from a ski resort… near a “Superfund” designated sight comprised of man-made mountains of residue loaded with heavy metals from bygone zinc production. What can I say… I guess I like living dangerously (or would that be foolishly?), AND the price was great -- although the radon level was over 60 pCi/l (before I installed a mitigation system) from the large deposits of uranium I’m sitting on.
No wonder I glow in the dark.![]()
I bet FedEx was so late getting there cause he was stuck with all those RIGHT TURNS to save on gas...
I’m sure you’re right about that. But time will tell if his sacrifice will be appreciated from the school, the athletic department and especially those players?
Wow... I never new Darth Vader had a spanish cousin.
