Hey people! My name is Christian Muenzner, I'm a professinal musician/guitarist from Germany. I grew up reading all of Stephen King's works, the Dark Tower still being my absolute favorite! I recently released my first solo album, which is an all instrumental metal album with the guitar being the main focus. One song is directly influenced by my favorite part of the story, part 3. The song is called "Wastelands". Feel free to check it out here (and it would be awesome if Stephen himself would hear it, I know he's a metalheard:

Here's what I wrote in the liner notes:
This song is inspired by part 3 of Stephen King's "The Dark Tower" epos. This novel is craziness at its best, with Roland and his friends travelling through wild west landscapes that slowly transform into an epic, futuristic endtime scenery. Musically, this song is not less crazy with its odd meters, spacey melodies, weird chord changes, wild solos and super heavy 7 string riffage. Unbelievable solos by Per Nilsson and Bob Katsionis on this one! The riff section is the soundtrack for the ghost train Blaine as he's blazing through the desert....
