    Question what now?

I finished nightmares and dreamscapes last night (which I plan to review and also enjoyed. It kept me squirming and turning the pages rapidly. Finished it in 2 weeks.) And I need a new sk book to read. Now I'm not sure if length really matters, seeing as this is my 2nd sk book I read (the shining my 1st) but I'm not so sure on what's good and what are "stinkers." I'd like to read the tommyknockers next. It seems like itd be a challenge not on because of its length but also because it doesn't get fired up until something like 200 pages in. Im also curious about the dark half, cujo, carrie, and a few others as well. I'm looking to read a NOVEL mind you, not another short story collection. I'm saving the skeleton crew for later and also I'm saving the stand and it for later because these 2 being his longest and I'm kind of afraid I'd get a little bored if I read these for too long. For some reason a lot of people wail on the tommyknockers but I have a good feeling about it. A strange feeling of being drawn to it for some reason.

Try some of his new one as Liseys Story (which is my fave) or Duma Key. But Carrie, Cujo or Dark Half is not bad choice either. Have you read Dolores Claiborn yet if not, you have to, it was my second favorit.

No I haven't read either lisey's story or dolores clairborne. I hate to say this but I'm still being really skeptical on both because to my knowledge neither are horror or his usual work. I know I'm probably gonna be scolded and told "well the dark tower isn't horror and they're his biggest hits in books" I still haven't read those either. I've only read 2 stephen king books, being the shining and nightmares and dreamscapes. But anyways I most likely will read both because even though they're not horror, I'm still a big stephen king fan. And we always have heard the saying our whole lives, "don't judge a book by its cover." And my whole life I have followed this rule.

Hmm, if you're looking for something a little horrorish with an otherworldly vibe, then I'd recommend Dreamcatcher.

Awesome book and brilliant characters, give it a shot. Hope you enjoy whichever you choose.

Dolores Claiborne is about horror but not of the supernatural kind. Highly recommend.

Yeah, like Quixote, that Thunder-Jug on his head, right? Or a silver funnel for oiling the engine? If I only had a heart? I could sing, I could whistle!

    Tommyknockers.

I'd say 'It', but following your instincts is highly recommended.
You seem to be on the right track in your choices so far.
    Enjoy!
