I first tried reading "Insomnia" when I was nineteen and couldn't get past the twenty page mark. I knew nothing of the plot; all I knew was that it was about an old man with insomnia; and it involved three little bald doctors. I gave it up and started reading something else.
Then In late October- BTW I'm a slow reader, if you couldn't tell by the beginning date already- I started reading it. My overall thought was that it was one of Stephen Kiing's most well written stories, and that the only negative was that a lot of the story depended on references. Even with that said as a negative, it didn't make me dislike the whole book, that would just be stupid.
A very good book in my opinion. Definietely worth the read.
What does everybody else think?
