I really enjoyed Cell. My only complaint was I wish it had been longer, and gone a little longer into the story. By the way Ms. Mod, it didn,t appear to me that the re-boot was going too well. Given SK style of offing those we love the most, I'm not sure I buy that one.

I really liked this book. I liked it even more the second time I read it. My son has tried to read Cell also but he has some reading difficulties and can't seem to get past the first few chapters before the book has to go back to the library. (And he understands that I just can't allow him to break the spine on mine!) So I have reserved him an audio version from the library this time. I'm excited to see if he likes it.

I have to say I really liked it a lot.
It can get a fair bit of shtick as people can view just as "Stephen King's take on zombies" but for me I really enjoyed it. I liked the characters a lot and was just crushed when Alice died . There was a gripping opening, excellent traveling narrative, brilliant finale / cliffhanger and well, anything with zombies does me just fine.
One of my first ventures in to King's writing a long while ago and a deep favourite.

But I still loved it, because I could see the characters, which usually I can't.
Hmmm... Raggedy Man? Perhaps I gave up on this book too soon...

I loved this one, but it could possibly be because it was my first book by him I ever read. I've read it twice and will probably read it another two times before the end of my lifetime ahaha.
