I think I know where S.K. got the idea for " Christine " . There's an old episode of the " Twilight Zone " about a man who's confronted by a car that's haunted . I can't remember the name but it's not the first time I've found similaritys in T.Z. eps. and S.K. stories .

I've seen similarities with other authors books and the Twilight Zone. The Twilight Zone, as well as Alfred Hitchcock presents, were very strange, and easy to pull from if you wanted to make something work from it.
