    Default Evil Fire Truck

Oh Stephen I hope you see this.
A fire company I used to belong to bought a Quint (aerial) firetruck about 3 years ago. Prior to the purchase of that truck they hadn't had a major fire since 1994. Since purchasing that truck it seems the village is burning down one building at a time. It started just as they put the truck in service after the purchase. To me it is one evil truck!! There is a story for you!!

I heard somewhere that the biggest fire bugs, are firefighters themselves...Perhaps someone thinks that since you have a new truck, then you need to see how good it works?

I can vouch for that! I dated a firefighter a few years ago, hung out with all his friends and witnessed the largest "bonfires" ever! My son is a firefighter too and he's always been attracted to that sort of thing. Weird isn't it?

That IS a little odd, isn't it..? As for a logical explanation, I have none.
Perhaps Mr. GLew is onto something here...

After reading this thread, I'm reminded of the firefighters that moved a across the street. They'd only been here a few weeks, and they had a nice big bonfire going in front of their new house. And that one wasn't the first. No complaints here, I like hanging 'round a fire, and they seem pretty cool.

ocean beach sf. winter solstice. happy firefighter forces burning & burning. our meager bonfire paled in comparison, really glad they were there, even better that they got to enjoy themselves since no one's fire got outta hand.
