I am ticked off today because I have a rib that keeps on dislocating and relocating, ad infinitum, and it HU-U-U-U-R-R-R-RTS... and I have to go to work tonight, making bad things worse. I've got to have a serious conversation with the physiotherapist that might have had something to do with this. She's too rough and I am hoping like hell to get two appointments with my regular (awesome, wonderful, gentle and kind) PT guy the first week he comes back... to fix what SHE is doing to me. Oh. My. Gods.

Yes, to say that I am a little choked might be putting it mildly. I don't need extra pain.
