What an amazing Christmas gift!

My mother in law surprised me with a mint condition hard cover copy of Carrie. This was a super gift because it was the last novel I needed to make my HC collection complete. I have looked at used bookstores all over and have found quite a few really beat up copies that had pretty hefty price tags on them. She found this gorgeous copy at a used bookstore in Mesa and paid under $5 for it!

The biggest surprise was when I opened it up Sai King's signature was staring back at me. Not only that but its a first edition . How amazing, my mother in law didn't even know what she had bought. I don't know who the previous owner was or why they would have parted with this amazing novel but I know I will continue to take care of it as well as the previous owner did!
