I'm hoping someone can help me...Im looking for a story that SK wrote about a town that got flooded to make a dam. There was someone left in the town when they flooded it and the ghost terrorises divers. If any one can let me know what that is i'd appreciate it...Thanks

The only one I can think of would be Dreamcatcher but the flooded town was only a small piece of the story toward the end and if there were ghosts that terrorized divers, I've forgotten that part of the plot.

That sounds like a movie I watched around Halloween. It is also a book, I've never read it, but it is called Beneath Still Waters by Matthew J. Costello. Maybe that is the book you're thinking of?
