Default is there a book that continues with Ted character from "Heart's in Atlantis"?

I am interested in Ted Brauttigan character. The most intriguing part is his paranormal abilities. Can you tell me which book continues his character or at least goes with the paranormal side of it? I know there was a mentioning of a dark tower in the Heart's in Atlantis. Is Dark Tower a continuum of some sort?

    Thanks

Yes, Ted's character comes back in the 7th Dark Tower book.

I don't think we've seen the last of Mr. Brought-Again.

    Hi,

Aye, you could say so, as Ms Mod says.

Put The Gunslinger AND The Drawing of the Three on your Xmas list, you'll love DT!

I am going to start "Under the Dome" tonight and then I am going to start The DT, but you wrote that The Gunslinger isn't the best and without reading the first one one would loose important info, right?

    Hi,

Well, I wouldn't put it quite like that, but many readers (not me and lots of others too) find The Gunslinger a bit heavy going and I accept that (although I don't personally understand it) but NO-ONE fails to be captivated from Drawing of the Three (DT2) onwards, so I recommend having the first TWO books to hand before starting the DT journey, which you'll love.

Enjoy UtD, it's great too IMO

I am intrigued now and will have to go to the library again to borrow the Gunslinger.
My Under the Dome book is audio and it is not working for me, I find myself not listening. or maybe it was last night as I was tired.
Anyway, thank you all for making me a budding 'fanatic' as my husband puts it. He finds me on the computer on this particular website almost every day.
Now I have to find a slogan just like John and count to Uber status.
