Double Shardik Illustration

Greetings, fellow DT fans. My name is Wilsty and I was at the Goodwill today and stumbled across a copy of "The Waste Lands." I almost didn't pick it up because I already have a copy at home, but I ended up picking it up due to a peculiarity in it.

Right after page 22, where the illustration of Shardik is located, there is half of an illustration and then the full illustration and then the second half of the incomplete illustration.

I'll post pictures when I get a chance. Just figured I'd ask if anyone else has a copy of "The Waste Lands" with this same issue. After reading the series and seeing Tower go crazy over odd misprints in books, I just had to ask if it was rare or not.

Interesting. My TB copy of vol.7 has a double printing of Roland carrying Jake through the woods...

My copy of The Wastelands does not have ANY illustrations....what edition are you referring to, Wilsty?

The mass market paperback editions did not have illustrations but the mass market hardcover, trade paperback, and limited editions did. We don't have one with Shardik but you can see some of the other illustrations here.
