    Default absolutely loved this one!

The most mind bending and engaging one of them all. Doesn't mean it's the best, the best IMO is The Drawing Of The Three (which this one actually reminded me of a lot) but yeah. Great stuff. The audacity and ambition of King to use himself as a character is a masterstroke. Not gimicky or self indulgent at all and made complete sense.

Awesome stuff. These books are great!

i agree completely with you! when he brings himself into the novel it kind of makes your world tilt a little on it's axis! (or at least mine did ) i think the whole series is a truly amazing and powerful thing. hey stephen king, your genius is showing!!

I just finished Song Of Susannah this Morning and so far its my favorait in the series. I enjoyed Susannah taking the lead role. And the ambush was Intense. The Dixie Pig was horrible and again leaving us with another cliffhanger. Cant wait to start 7 tonight.

Yeah - the ending to the book was great. The cliffhanger was tough but at least we knew at the time that the next book was coming along quickly. I still remember how I felt when I got to the end of Wastelands. It was something like this.

Hahahhahaha Bluesology I just realised you posted a link to Steve Carrell lol. Yeah I only started the series and Stephen King books early this year so I have not had to be waiting for any to come out. I can only imagine the wait after Wastelands was hard going. I have said before on another thread its been an intense read going through all seven books back to back but there is no way I can stop or go to something else, I have becam a tower Junky. Looking forward to reading more Of Kings books. Through ignorance I just had him down as a horror writer and therefore wasnt interested. I am currently spreading the word of his genius.
