    Hi All

My name is Jon Burgess. I am the Director for The Boogeyman. I will be interested to hear your thoughts on our film and whether you agree with the way we are telling this story. Im working very closely with Seb and Jamie to help create a great film and make it stand out from the rest but also keep it true to the original story.

I am currently drawing up the story boards and i have had lots of responses from actors off cast pro. I am putting 110% into this film.

If you do have any questions please feel free to message me and will post on here when i can.

    Thank You

    Director
    Jon Burgess

    Hi All,

Just a quick update to say that the final faze of the script is still well on target for it's final editing date.

The locations are all set and ready to be apart of The Boogeyman.

Just a quick question Ms. Mod, does Mr. King attend any film festivals in his area of Maine, or the surrounding area? Thanks

    Cheers all

Great to read all this info! Good luck Seb, Jon and Jamie!
I'd love to see the finished film sometime... Perhaps on a festival in The Netherlands by the end of this year?
I know of a couple of worldwide dollarbaby-festivals coming soon, maybe people can see the film (and many other dollarbabies) there. Keep us informed!

    Hi All,

Thanks for taking an interest Hagie. I'm hoping to show it in as many places as possible.
I can officially announce that filming will begin on February 7th 2011. So I will aim to get it out to festivals late next year and early 2012
The SKMB will ALWAYS be the first place for news and updates regarding the film.

    Cheers all

    Hi All,

The Boogeyman has gathered Media momentum now. Since I went on local radio to talk about the up coming short film of The Boogeyman. The other week a local newspaper company from Stratford-upon-Avon, The Stratford Herald got in touch. They wanted to run a story about the project. I agreed and it will be in tomorrows newspaper. I will try and get it up here too so you can all have a look at it.

    As always, cheers all.
