Did anyone else spend a good amount of time whilst reading the book figuring out how they would try and get out of those handcuffs if they were in that situation?

I sure did too... It might've been hard, but I thought about somehow moving/sliding the bed over to where the keys were. But then what? You'd need to use your teeth to unlock the cuffs...
