You can check out the plot synopsis and what others thought of the book here and I'm sure others will be happy to share their thoughts in this thread as well. Some people find the style difficult to get used to as the book is written without any chapters because it is told from Dolores's point of view as she is giving her statement to the police.

I think you should definately read it. It is different from his usual style of a break every few pages but it holds up in my opinion. She is one tough lady.

Yeah, go for it why not. I enjoyed it and found it a very fast read. Dolores is quite the character.

Great book.It won't strike you with any horror scenes but I think it has big psychological impact on most readers.

It wouldn't be my first pick by a long shot but every King fan should read it.

If you've got it, you should definitely read it. As mentioned above, it's not really a horror story, and it's written in a different style. (As one big monologue). But it's definitely a great read.

Totally read it. Not horror, but great psychological treatment. Not long and will get you ready for anything else you may not be sure of trying

Oh, you should absolutely read it. It's one of my favorites and I've lost count of how many times I've read it. One of my all time favorite lines came from that book..."I'm half past give a ****"....LOL...LOVE IT!!!
