Re: Submissions
lisa k. stevens, "the rain king", read the entire sk/rb library in 2 months and 3 days. she reads books the way 8 year olds eat halloween candy. read a passage - she'll name the book and place in the thread of the narrative. give her dialogue - she'll name the speaker. she is a wal"king" encyclopedia. you may have 13 million umber whunnnn fayunnnns, but there's only one "rain king." And that's no boolsheet:-)
this doesn't fit the contest but it's a brobdingnagian feat!!

Why don't the Attachment Links Work?
Why does an Attachment Link show up instead of the picture?
If you see an attachment link, then the following did not work and I cannot get a picture to upload. I can't even respond to any body that wants to help because i don't have enough posts, can you believe that, I'd rather be in a thinny than attempt the following again:
I clicked on "+ Reply to Thread,"
I clicked on "Insert Image",
A window opens, Add an Image, I leave it on the "From Computer" Tab and click on "Select Files" where I go to pictures and my Stephen's KingDom file and I opened LONDON - PARIS 210 (341) LONDON BRIDGE. (i've posted this picture already but the attachment link didn't work)
It now appears in the "Add an Image" window so I click on "upload file(s)" and the picture appears in the post I'm now going to hit Submit Reply.
so, if the picture isn't there, somebody please help!
I think I've posted enough bogus attachment linked pictures that i have enough posts to respond to somebody, or I'm destined to be in this thinny for-e-ver.

My husband, son and I were driving back to Ottawa, Canada from our trip to Portland (and a quick stop over at Stephen's house in Bangor. We were the ones in front of your house taking pictures with the baby carrier on July 29th, if you have cameras and such) and we passed through this town on U.S.2 moving west and finally stopping for the night in St. Johnsbury V.T.
