This is the thread for all submissions to Stephen's Empire.

Any posts which are not a submission will not be posted. If you would like to discuss any of the submissions, please start a thread within this forum to do so.

I think we may be getting off on the wrong track here. The pictures also have to have something to do with Stephen and/or his work, e.g. the name of the business would have Stephen or King in it or it would be something related to his work like a picture of a shop called Needful Things. It shouldn't just be a picture that has a caption that ties it into Steve's work. I've sent him an email just to make sure I'm not misdirecting you with the instructions and will post tomorrow once I hear back from him.

Thank you for the update. I am a little confused because one of the example photos that was posted before the contest started was of two signs on a freeway. The caption read, "Don't be caught dead here." Once I saw this, I got the idea that the photo didn't have to be directly related to Mr. King or his work. I hope the photos do not need to have a strong relation because I have already done some work on a potential submission.

The sign was for the Lincoln Tunnel and the reference is to The Stand. In case you haven't read that, there is a scene in which a character has to go through the Lincoln Tunnel which is filled with cars and their dead owners.
