Location of Thunderclap

I am confused about the location of Thunderclap (and the locales within in it such as Fedic, Castle Discordia, etc.). Is Thunderclap in Mid-world? or End-world? I have looked through the Complete Concordance trying to find the answer, but found it to be even more confusing. Some sources put Thunderclap next to the Borderlands, which if true, the Borderlands is Mid-world and thus would make Thunderclap part of Mid-world also. Other sources specifically state that Thunderclap is in End-world. While others say Thunderclap is part of both Mid-world and End-world, such as Wikipedia, which says Thundercalp is "part of End-World and the Borderlands". I am also confused about what Mid-world encompasses and does not encompass. In the Complete Concordance it says "When the author STEPHEN KING refers to the whole of Roland's version of Earth, he uses the term Mid-World. However, when he refers to specific regions of Mid-World, he uses the terms IN-WORLD, OUT-WORLD, MID-WORLD, END-WORLD and the BORDERLANDS." This seems to insinuate the End-World is part of Mid-World. And since the kingdom of All-World no longer exists, the phrase Mid-World is used to refer to everything that once encompassed the kingdom of All-World (a defunct political organization).

I always just assumed Thunderclap was somewhere between Mid-world and End-world. Although it's been a little while since I've read the series.

I also thought In-world referred to Gilead, and a few surrounding cities. And the Borderlands were places like the Callas and maybe the Mejis.
