Has The Audibooks For These Titles Been Released?

I'd like to know if the following books has been released in audibook format?

1- The Gunslinger Revised Version
2- Bev Vincent's The Road to the Dark Tower
3- Robin Furth's The Dark Tower: A Concordance, volume I and volume II

There's been no audio version of my book, and I'm not entirely sure how one would work, given the number of footnotes I use and the tabular presentation of some of the timelines and other information at the end.

Similarly, I can't imagine there ever being an audio version of Robin's book--it would be like an audio encyclopedia. Is there such a thing, I wonder? It would be very difficult to look anything up in it, I'd think.
