I used to pop elastic in off the rack short-sleeved Polo pullovers if I flexed my biceps. Now my upper arms look like your wrist.
I can tell by a decent lat spread and your forearms (for grip) that you do some back work. You are probably overtraining your biceps. Kill your curls to once every 1.5 weeks (and ONLY do them if you need to for personal satisfaction) and amp up the back work. Judging by your small frame you can probably do a lot of pullup/pulldown variations. Go heavy, and get a weightbelt for pullups, add full-range squats (Smith machine is fine) and freeweight deads...and add at least 500 clean calories per day.
And paint that wall behind you with a matte latex eggshell.
