    Im not sure why stephan didnt like this book i liked it of course i was a loser in highschool when i read it lol

    I'm not exactly sure what Stephen's opinion of his novel is now, but I have a special place in my heart for Carrie, because it was the first Stephen King book I read. This was all the way in high school. I borrowed a copy from the local library and wrote a report on it. I forget what my conclusion was... All I know is I got a really low grade.

    This book changed my entire perspective of things... I did the part where she murders her mother as a scene in drama class... This book is outstanding and should be honored for the ingenious it took for one man to write something this torturous and psychological. I applaud King for his insightful look into the mind of misfit teenagers everywhere...
