The first child abuse case was sucessfully prosecuted thanks to the ASPCA. The child was physically abused, negleccted and malnouriched. The police couldnt intervene because there were no child abuse laws. The ASPCA claimed children were part of the animal kingdom and must be protected under the animal cruelty laws. The child was removed.
That's amazing, Sig! I never heard that before. Hopefully the laws have changed since then!

My computer is acting up. It's glitching. Sometimes it will let me log on sometimes it makes me wait, it kicks me off whenever it wants, and sometimes it takes 10-12 minutes to shut down. If it breaks down I'll have to sell a body part to get a new one. Aaarrrgggghhh, no, no, save me......
