Where do I find him?

Most recently,as recommended by SK in Danse Macabre I read The House Next Door by Anne Rivers Siddons, which was great, I thought. And also The Girl Next Door by Jack Ketchum, mentioned in Secret Windows. I found a paperback copy of TGND at a local flea market for something like 15 cents and was completely blown away. Best 15 cents I ever spent. ANyhow, I was wondering if anybody knows where to find other Ketchum novels. The local Barnes & Noble was a bust, and I couldn't find anything on Ebay or Amazon other than The Girl Next Door.
