Just finished...again.

So I just finished reading the Regulators for I think the 3rd (maybe 4th) time, but the last time I'd read it was 6 yrs ago at least if not more. I think it'd make a good movie if someone could do it right and proper! I liked the Entragian in this one and was a lil sad when he went and got his head blown open . As always, great character development, I found myself feeling for the ones that only made a brief appearance like Cary Ripton and Mary Jackson. Curious though, in another post, someone said there was spoilers for Desperation, but I mighta missed em. Definitely tons of similarities and whatnot, but I didn't catch any nifty clues or anything.

If they ever make a flick, it better be more impressive than "Desperation"...Hoo-Boy what a woofer!! (IMO)

I haven't seen the movie Desperation yet, and I'm almost afraid to I haven't heard very much good about it, and since Desperation is one of my fave SK books I'm afraid to be disappointed...

I didn't find the movie to be that awful, its a pretty faithful adaptation. But they didn't spend enough money, and it shows. I think the biggest mistake they made was omitting David's backstory.

I thought the movie was ok too. Pretty close to all the important stuff from the book. Shame we'll probably never see a Regulators movie. Oh well.
