I haven't read it, but just wondering why it gets talked about on here so much above all his other works. Especially since The Stand and It are generally considered to be his best works.
I was just surprised by all the Dark Tower talk. I'll definitely need to read them to see what the fuss is about.

I think we lean more toward the "got our feathers ruffled/panties in a wad/I got a wedgie" approach. Sarkisaur, you simply must cease and desist whatever you're doing at present-and run, don't walk-to the seven high stack of DT books. Crack open "The Gunslinger" and start your own pursuit of the man in black as the gunslinger follows...lock your doors and bolt the windows and don't come up for air till you've read em all!(Alright, strike the last command-coz you'd never make it past page 6 doing that). Once you reach "The End?", you'll understand and appreciate why we of the "King Clan"-consider it his Magnum Opus(Latin for freakin' long story)
Really, Sarkisaur, you must take GNTLGNTs advice right away so you can (and you will
) join the rest of us DarK Tower junkies!!! Welcome to the board!!
