Default Question for anyone reading the Jericho Hill comics:

I gave up buying all the comics and waiting so long in between each one...so now I wait for a year or so to get the hardcover - LOL!

Anyway, I was also rereading the Dark Tower series and noticed that the books mentioned that Cuthbert was 24 at the battle of Jericho Hill...but for some reason, the comics before the series made me think it was going to happen right after they had returned home (when Roland was around 14).

Can anyone tell me how much time has passed in between the Fall of Gilead and Jericho Hill?

Addiction, I've been keeping up with the Graphic Novel series(and have read all the DT series), but haven't paid that close of attention to the passage of time-there IS a long interval between Fall of Gilead and Jericho implied-but not sure the actual chronology-time is so fluid in King's Universe...wiser more meticulous heads on the MB can probably narrow it down...and welcome to our path of the Beam...

In the Battle of Jericho Hill #4, as part of the intro, it said several years have passed since the Fall of Gilead...

But as GNTLGNT said, time is kinda funny over there...

in the novels King mentions a time of two years occurring between the Fall and the last battle he has with all his companions. he doesn't mention the name of the battle though.

The Battle of Jericho Hill Graphic Novel says 9 years have passed since the Fall of Gilead. Which makes Cuthbert 23 or 24.

Time have moved on. I began to believe it while reading Macchios intro to the books saying it's been over 5 years since the release of Gunslinger:Born!
My goodness, that means the Gunslinger and Drawing of the Three sat in my closet for at least 6 years before I started them this October! Anyways just finished Jericho Hill, I clearly remember Roland recounting how 9 years passed in a blur as he journeyed the Eagle-Lion beam only to find his way back to the ruins of Gilead. Problem with this format is you get no real appreciation for the passage of time because things are so rushed, I'd really love for King to pen these stories but I wouldn't hold my breath.
