A Few Thoughts

1. Bill Denbrough's father, Zack, is mentioned in one of the interludes. One of the old men Mike talks to believes Zack came walking up the hill just before the Bradley Gang arrived. Is it possible that Zack perhaps had an encounter with It sometime during that part of the cycle?

2. Mr. King has made it pretty clear there will not be a sequel to It. However, since he seems to like mentioning Derry in just about every novel following It, perhaps someone in another novel may be passing through or living in Derry when the cycle comes again. Given the many indications that It is still alive...Perhaps they might read a newspaper article mentioning missing children? Maybe see a clown?

The funny thing is, i kinda though the same thing.., i would say (my opinion) with Zack he probably did see the clown but thought nothing of it, but no one knew back then the clown was responsible for the deaths? - otherwise it would be common knowledge who is doing it? - also those who KNEW something was wrong in derry generally turned a blind eye to it as if they didnt want to know..
