Hello there all SK fans n such. Im a 36 year old writer-wannabe that just finished reading SK´s "On Writing". I used to write shortstories when i was younger. One even got posted on the bulletinboard in the teachers lounge......(oh the shame..).
Im trying to get my writing going again and just happened to stumble over SK´s book on the subject. But i´ve come to realise that time eats up yer writing skills. And i feel a bit like the grown ups in IT when i try to get my creative thinking going again.
Adulthood and bringing up two kids seems to have dulled my fantasy-muscles.
But it´s is kinda fun tho....the fact that SK´s books was my first SERIOUS books that i read. And now when i try to get started on writing i just happen to stumble over SK`s book on writing. Hmmmmm...
Im looking forward to exchanging ideas n make new contacts all over the globe.
