Abduction & Possession

I saw this movie just lately, the Fourth Kind and knowing alot about it and mostly what to expect, fact based case regarding alien abduction, a shock factor for me was the old film footage that had been included, which is purported to be genuine, revealed these chilling episodes of what had to be, to me, demonic possession. I found this disturbing, the whole movie was to me, because I believe.

There have been thru time, cases of contact and abductions where some say they have 'seen' in telepathic manner, Jesus and other religious imagery during encounters with extreaterrestrial beings. Many researchers have studied and make mention of unknown crafts in the skies with regard to Chariots of fire and other images mentioned seen in the sky in the Bible.

Im wondering how many of you believe in aliens or demons, or both. Do you believe in abduction or possession? And if so, do you believe its possible that a demon could disguise itself as an 'alien', to someone that has been or is being possessed? Do you believe they are one in the same?

Theres an Area 51 researcher, Norio Hayakawa, who fully believes that the Christian Rapture if/when it occurs, will be publicly blamed on Ufos and Aliens, he believes that the government stages many sightings and events themselves to convince most of us that Ufos/Aliens do in fact exist and it is their intention that we believe they are covering it up... that they may even blame some of their own aerial disastrous endeavors to this, at some point.

Im sorry I can't get started on the government I would love to know your feelings and opinions about aliens and demons, and abductions and possessions.

Hi, Amanda! I haven't seen the movie, or read anything about it, but it sounds interesting.

I do believe in abductions and possessions. I believe both happen more frequently than people would think, but I don't think they're common. I haven't had any experiences with aliens (that I know of, ha ha), but had a string of strange things happen to me last year when I was researching a demon for a story I was writing. I won't elaborate, just in case there's anyone left here who doesn't think I'm a wackjob, but I definitely got the message that the demon I was researching was also researching me. I was reminded of the movie "Beetlejuice."

I think there are more things in heaven and earth than our dreamt of in our philosophy. I have had no personal encounters. However, the current state of science has some pretty far out stuff. It's generally regarded as true, for example, the fact that there are particles that just wink in and out of existence. Given that science is this strange I do not disbelieve aliens, demons and paranormal activity.

I`ve seen the movie about a week ago or so and found it to be very good, even though a bit disturbing with the real footage included.

As for Aliens - of course.
WHY would we be the only ones in the universe? To me, that doesn`t make sense.
As for abductions - maybe.
Don`t know, but it`s like when we take a mouse to examine it and see what they are made of and how do they behave.
I mean, the mouse is not aware of our egzistence, gets terriefied and whatnot, just like we would if we would encounter an alien.

Demons?
Yes, but I don`t believe that they would reveal themselves in a form such as that, if you know what I mean.
To me, it`s more spiritual, they posses your soul, your inner being, and then you do or think things that you normally would never do.
Maybe that`s why the term " temporary insanity " egzists.
They posses you, you do something crazy, and later you have absoluteley no idea why and how you did it.

Thanksss for sharing that Susan. That is very chilling you must be afraid to even talk about it, but pleeaase feel comfortable to elaborate though because someone else here may have encountered something similar too, thank you for sharing what you have. There have been a couple of times when I have wondered about ghost and spiritual possession, back when I was researching fortune teller Mayhayley Lancaster, some really strange things that happened, realizing I was researching her and doing an article 'on her birthday' and stumbling upon haunting incidents that occurred 'on her birthday', feeling like spiritually she was near me at times, some creepy stuff. I can only imagine had it been a specific demon would really have freaked me out in those instances. Im wondering have you ever experienced any, what is called, 'sleep paralyis'......?

Hi Amanda, I saw this movie in the cinema a few months back and I enjoyed it tremendously. The "real" footage was indeed disturbing and for a while after I pondered if it really was a true story. It definitely seeped it's way inside my brain.

I guess the truth is we will never know whether it's genuine or not. Most people who talk of these encounters/phenomenons are automatically classed as crazy and usually shunned by society. I do believe in the existence of aliens, demons, spirits and so on. To believe we are the only planet in the whole universe capable of sustaining life is very arrogant. Just because we may not be able to survive in another planets atmosphere does not mean other "beings" can't and don't. It's a subject which has always fascinated me ever since being a young child.

Srbo, when watching that film, did you notice all of a sudden that it appeared to be this demonic connection to it all with what was going on in the old footage like some kind of exorcist scene, did it blow your mind, to see that in a movie about alien abductions .... ? I have studied plenty about aliens but not all that familiar with demons and would be very weary of tapping too much into that ... I think that demons are probably often mistaken for ghosts in haunted places, especially where there is alot of physical activity.

I suffer from sleep paralysis, have done since childhood.
Not as often now I'm getting older, but I definitely still have it at least twice a year.
I understand what is happening during the experience now but it can still be distressing at times.
As a child I would be absolutely terrified by it!

No.
I actually believe that it was all really caused by aliens.
