Little things mean a lot

I was just thinking it is not necessarily the huge things in life that make me smile, it also the little things. Like for instance today, IT is Friday and I get to wear jeans to the office. Is it a huge thing..no, but it makes me happy. What little things make you happy?

Many many little things make me happy!! When my kids aren't sick. When they smile at me or learn something new. When the sun is shining and the birds are chirping. The world is made up of so many tiny little things that make us happy and yet, may seem inconsequential.......until you put them all together! Have a happy day Arista, and relax in them jeans of yours!!

The hug that I get at the end of every day from my little man that is always proceeded by "Moooommmmmyy!!!!!!". Makes me feel like the most important person in the world for about 10 seconds and that is alright by me

Bubbles.
The sound and smell of fall leaves crunching underfoot.
Funnel cakes.
Seeing my children sleeping peacefully.
Driving on a nice stretch of road with no other cars to be seen.
Hearing that one special song come on the radio that just changes your whole mood.
My wife giving me a look of longing.
