Hello, random obscure reader.
I want it to be known I have been playing a new game for the best console ever - Portable PlayStation. There are reasons why the system is so great but those details may be discussed in a later chapter.
Just know I am playing a new game called Major League Baseball 2K10 and I am not a sports fanatic by an stretch of the imagination...But it has been fun so far. Thing is, I keep thinking about Stephen King when I play it (I think he is fond of the Red Sox)...And the game offers the option to create your own player. I tried to make a player named Stephen King but you can't enter any name (you choose from a list) and alas, no 'King' for a last name. But I think about baseball as an interesting sentimental sport, I have a few memories of going to the ball park here in Cleveland as a kid. I think that is Baseball's allure, the sentimental aspect. Baseball and baseball video games are okay but when I have the two things; Baseball and Stephen King together - I begin to think of a new kind of game that combines horror and the sport of baseball.

Perhaps it is about a game played by the die hardest players to ever play baseball and they continue to play the regulation game...Even as there is some surrounding disaster.
Example: A game of baseball played on a field during a zombie crisis. You have to beat a couple zombies out of your way before you attempt to hit the ball or while you run to first base.
Another example: You're at bat, waiting for the pitch, and a plane crashes in the outfield. Now because you are a die hard baseball player, you ignore the plane crash and just continue to PLAY BALL!!
But take note that I still want it to be a good baseball game, not some sloppy version that makes the gameplay second to the horror...No, I want it to be a good baseball game with just a few added things to support the horror agenda.

The cover art for this new game is a baseball bat with blood on it - probably like the poster for Inglorious Basterds, except instead of a Nazi helmet, it would just be a normal batter's helmet.
