Wolves of the calla goes it for moi... I love them all and they are one story.... but I love the Pere C. and the calla storyline....
Tough one..... Wizard and Glass, with The Wastelands a close 2nd. The back story in that book is nothing short of a classic piece of American Literature.
My favourite is Drawing of the Three. I enjoyed the Gunslinger but the second book was the one that really got me into the story. I was pleased with the entire series, with the exception of Wizard and Glass. For some reason or other, I didn't particularly like Susan - found her character annoying.
Hi,
Oooh, hard question! Like pulling teeth, but W&G by a whisker.
Long days and pleasant nights
I would have to say Wolves of Calla. I loved the richness of the characters and it gave the katet a place to call home for a little while. And it was nice to see Roland happy.
Ha, that part of the story was very sad. I liked Wizard and Glass. But I think of the books as a whole rather than individual stories.
Wizard and Glass was my favorite! I liked that we get a glimpse of what the world looked like before it moved on.
Drawing of the three. I like the way he introduces the main characters - it was really exciting. After that I would have to say Wolves of the Calla.
My is Wizard and Glass and Song of Susanna. Can't explain why, they just are my fave.
