A wonderful revisit

I found a copy of Skeleton Crew in a charity shop and decided to read those stories that I havnt read for years and it was just as much of an experience this time as the first time. The Mist and the Monkey are my favourites. I do recommend rereading SKs work after a few years fantastic !!!!

I love SC--- all the short story collections. I am in a loop of rereading, glad i do not have 100% super memory.... I find fore some reason re reading Kings work easier and beneficial versus most others...

So much i s there and tied into the DT Books. I usually pick up things on every re-read.

Just re-read all the story collections, first re-read since they first came out. Skeleton Crew was awesome, a clear step up from Night Shift. Especially the Raft and Survivor Type. Oh and those creepy milkman stories. I would have loved to see the milkman developed into a novel.

I love Skeleton Crew, my favorites being "Ballad of the Flexible Bullet" and 'Survivor Type." Too cool.
I see my SK books as old friends-I know them and enjoy them regularly. They are comforting (in a horrofying way) and known, though sometimes you re-read something and see something you missed the first time.
