Creepy footage, true story

Last summer my 3-year-old daughter and I were hiking in the woods. Deep in the woods, we saw something we could not explain. Good thing I had my video camera, because when we went back a week later, it was gone. Months later I was looking at the footage and I thought it would be perfect to use for a creepy movie preview. My apologies if the video is inappropriate. I HATE those ones that make you jump and my gut feeling told me "don't go there!" so I didn't check it out. I suspect this is one of those times that I won't have to pay myself the 5 cents for not listening.

Its a an old statue of the virgin mary. Looks like someone cut its feet off. Was it really gone when you went back?

It does look like an old Mary statue, and it appears to have been altered somehow. Yes, it really was in the middle of the woods, and it really was gone a week later. Very strange, no explanation I can think of. It was a cleared-out area of the woods (you can see tread tracks in the mud) so there must have been some form of vehicular access. But I have no idea why someone would have gone to the trouble to move such a large and heavy concrete object out into the middle of nowhere.

Little girls wandering in the woods--especially to that soundtrack--creep me out.
