I read everything by Stephen King. I do not necessarily like everything I read. However, after being disappointed in Cell, Lisey's Story and Duma Key along came Just After Sunset, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Under The Dome was a novel that captured my interest from page one. It was fast paced with such interesting characters that I couldn't wait to turn each page. The explanation for the dome totally blew me away and when I finished last night all I could say was "Wow"! All my hubby could say was "Now can you turn off the damn light?"

Well, I THOROUGHLY enjoyed Lisey's Story. In fact, I enjoyed it more than Under the Dome. The characters in Lisey stayed with me for days. All the details stuck with me so strongly. More than any other book. Under the Dome was definitely great too. I love his new take on why the dome was there etc. I don't want to say anything of course. I guess I could spoil it for someone. I read UTD in 6 days. (of course, I AM unemployed right now)

Really! I loved Cell, Liseys Story and Duma Key! I recieved Just After Sunset for christmas one year and read a few stories but never actually finished it. I thought under the dome was pretty amazing but it wasnt as much as a page turner for me as Cell And Liseys Story were.

I have enjoyed every page up until page 817...cause than it skips to page 851...I am sooo mad and don't know who to complain to. I can't believe they let this book be published without checking to see if every page was there. I love Stephen King but this SUCKS

You should be able to return it to the retailer where you purchased it. It would be unrealistic to check each copy individually--there are well over a million copies in print. Mistakes happen more frequently than we would like in the binding process but the chances of it happening with that many copies are inevitable. Sorry you were the recipient of one of those.

DearHeart!! You march your sweet patootie back to the book store and demand a clean, full copy!! As dear Ms. Mod says mistakes happen but you should not have to pay for this one.

'Tis a crime to interrupt a beautiful story!!!

Waiting to hear what you think of the ending!!

I liked UTD but love Liseys story. The poems and all, were something I really enjoyed. although when it comes to Kings books,I have a hard time actually hating them. I haven't found one that bad.
