    Default King's Best Selling Books...

Does anyone know where I can find a list of Stephen King's top selling books of all time and how many have sold? A list of all of his books and the amount sold would be ideal...I haven't been able to find this info anywhere on the web. Thanks!

I'm not aware of any accurate lists like you've described being available publicly or privately. We're often asked that and, to the best of my knowledge, no one has been keeping track over the years in a way that has it all in one up-to-date file.

Well since Ms. Mod would probably be the one to know if there was any kind of real ledger out there, my own estimate would have to be thus.
Most of 'em & a whole bunch.
I hope this could be of some help
(I tried to round those figures off the best I could)

Ok thanks..It's odd books aren't tracked in the same way as movies and music. I figure that The Stand, IT, Salem's Lot, and The Shining etc. would be towards the top of the list. But I always wondered what other books have done really well and which ones have sold the least.

So, in the introduction to " The Bachman Books" ( Why I was Bachman ), how does Steve know then that he sold 28 000 copies of Thinner as Bachman, and 280 000 when it was re-released under his real name?
Or did he just throw out the numbers from the top of his head?

That wouldn't surprise me at all.

I'm not saying we don't have any sales numbers, but we don't have any lists that keep all of them updated in one convenient, easy-to-find source.
