Robert R. McCammon's Swan Song has to be one and of course one of Kings' naturally THE STAND. Just a guess- I loved Carrion Comfort-, It was brilliantly written and the "Rule and Push by Secrecy'" idea was an extremely harrowing read . Especially when the pushers meet- to bet on their "kills and chaos"-, on that Southern American island mansion CREEPY. P.S. if you want to read some very terrifying non fiction Try Richard Preston's the "Demon in The Freezer "and if you have not already read it Richard Preston's "The Hot Zone" Thankee Sai- E. Freemantle aka Beambounder. Anybody read Dr. Laurie Garret's The Coming Plague" Real science ,real scary, and a really huge tome . Long Days and Pleasant Nights.
