Dr. Sleep Question

I recently perused the Fangoria issue which had the second half of Mr. King's interview/essay. They made quite a big deal of the possible book, Dr. Sleep. Did anyone here on the boards attend this event in Toronto where he discussed this at any length? Would love to know more if anyone else has any more information!
