I'm only about 350 pages in.
Whoo Hoo, Way to Go and Thank You is all I can say!!!Oh yeah, and can't wait would be appropriate as well!!
IMPRESSIVE! He WRITESthem faster than I can READ them!
Now, I'm not knocking Sai King in ANY way.....but....remember in Bag of Bones when Mike had those novels hidden away for later release? Perhaps Stephen has a "stash" of long ago written stores that he releases one year at a time....hmmmm.....
To be honest, it wouldn't matter to me whether he writes a story this year, or he pulls one from storage he's done 30 years ago....as long as we get something!![]()
Ms. Mod didn't say specifically that he's finished two, just that he's two ahead (meaning that he may have only finished one and is working on the second). Check out this - http://www.liljas-library.com/article.php?id=1831 .Perhaps he finished one novel late last year and then quickly moved on to working on the second novel, with this second novel quite possibly being the one he tried to write when he was 22/23. Ms. Mod, do you have a rough idea of when you can reveal any major details (title, general book description, release date etc.)?
Hey all,
I have been a constant Reader since I was a child and was first introduced to Mr. King by my mother with Salem's Lot. I think that the reason he writes so fast is that, he sticks to the "2000 word rule per day, come hell or high water" rule. As long as he follows that rule the books will be coming at a break neck pace with all of readers trying to keep up.
As a side not I have just introduced my son to the world of Stephen King with Carrie. He is reading it and loving it, so I guess I have created a Mini-Me Constant Reader.![]()
Hi,
I had a dream last night that both Dr. Sleep and The Wind Through the Keyhole were written and he was tossing a coin to see which one we wanted first vis the poll.
Of course, Ms Mod couldn't possibly comment LOL (yet!)
Long days and pleasant nights
Oh John, that't too funny!
So what was the result of the coin toss?????![]()
