Is my copy of Night Shift Rare?

Hello,
I have a question about my copy of Night Shift. Is it the First Edition? or some rare misprint?
It does not say "First Edition" on the copyright page but it does have the S52 mark in the gutter of page 336. Dust Jacket with $8.95 sticker, and on the rear flap under the paragraph about King it says
"Jacket by fred Marcellino
Printed in the U.S.A.
2228"
