    Default Incorrect Scripture page 162

Top of the page quotes Deuteronomy 2nd Chapter, 28th verse. "The Lord shalt smite thee with madness and blindness and astonishment of the heart." The verse is right but the chapter is wrong, this verse comes from Chapter 28, not Chapter 2.

I think you are correct about it being within Chapter 28 of Deuteronomy. I can't find my leatherbound KJV version, but "The Living Bible" (aka Bible-lite) states in Deut. 28:28 "He will send madness, blindness, fear, and panic upon you, and you will be forced to eat tofu and carrots until the end of the week. And yea, the worst now comes to pass, for you shall have no soy sauce or bok-choy. Nor fish sauce. But WTF, you can have rice and water chestnuts. I'd add some chopped green onion, brown sugar, chopped chicken (take the skin off, I command Thee!), and sesame oil, but that's just me. And verily I have given my judgment! P.S. Dice up some of those hot Thai Bird chili peppers, and toss them in at the last minute."

I'm waiting for the lightning bolt. Been waiting for most of my life.

an answered prayer, bryan, is a truly humbling experience. a prayer answered, not once, but twice, is even more so. answered prayers, that aren't recognized as such, until ten years after the fact, will bring tears to your eyes. peace, brother.
