Does anyone know why the sudden surge of SK stories going to comic form?? I didn't realize that comics were so popular..when did that happen? No complaints just curious

Sai King's son Joe did some work with graphic novels and mayhaps this peaked Sai King's interest in graphic novels. I asked Sai King at the recent New York Times event if we could expect more of his novels in this format. He did say that the "talisman" would be the next work out in this form. I believe Sai King sees this is as new dimension to his works. And due to the success of these graphic novels, hopefully we will see more of his works in this format. Sai King himself said himself that working in this genre of writing is definately a different mindset.

The library at the high school where I work has lots of graphic novels and comics. I think this is a good way for Sai King to reach a different audience.
