    Thumbs up Christopher Fowler

about a year ago a bookchain in the UK called Bookbarn went bust and me, as a booklover and a bargain hunting desended on the warehouse when they gave away all there books for free. By the time I got down there many books had gone and no question which author in particular i was hoping to pick up for free but the first book I found though was a small book that I'd never heard of and an author i never heard of. That book was Pyschoville by Christopher Fowler, a satirical yet violent and moving book about what drives someone to revenge but about the realities in 80's britian and class hierarchy. Not only was the story amazing but the writing was incredible and a twist that only a master writing could construct.

I wonder if anyone else has heard of this great writer or his works or like me has struggled to find his books in shops or heard about him in any literary circles. If not try and find Pyschoville or any of his other books because you won't be disappointed.

Recently I read 'Spanky' by Christopher Fowler. I think this author is the best follower of Stephen King's style.
