Default Best SK book you've ever read

I didn't see this thread specifically in this board, so I was wondering...what is your favorite Stephen King novel (not series)? I'm trying to assemble a Christmas list.

I used to say that the Stand was my clear favorite, until I decided to reread them all.

Now after rereading them all I have to go with a 3-way tie between The Stand, It, and The Talisman.

I dig most of them. A direct question deserves an exact answer. "The Gunslinger."

IT. Has always been my favourite and I don't see that changing anytime soon, if ever!

Having read most but not all ... ... I vote Pet Sematary for best scare and Different Seasons for most heart (specifically The Body and Rita Hayworth and the Shawshank Redemption).

I love them all some a bit more than others, but my all time favorites would have to be Lisey's Story and Insomnia. Those two are tied for my vote of favorite Sk book.

Storywise the DT series, with the favorite in the series being The Wolves of The Calla, but narrowly.

But I still think Bag of Bones was crazy stellar.
