Help Finding Name of Movie Please

I saw a movie on Scifi a while ago and i am almost sure it was said that it was based on a book made by SK in the description. I only saw a portion of it, from wha i remember it was about a group of people who some how got to a parrallel universe that was entirely empty and they were in an airplane and landed in an aiprot. There was ablind little girl who could here some sort of monster over the horizon (turned out to be these monsters that ate the world they were on) and there was a man that was being told by a voice that was coming from no where and i believe he was hearing it in his head that was telling him to kill them. They were looking for gas for their airplane and when they found it they took off and that was when I decided to turn it off. I am not entirely sure this movie was even made by SK but I would like to read the book if it was.

Sounds like The Langoliers (from Four Past Midnight) to me.

Have to agree with Ms. Mod here. That is the Langoliers! Not a bad movie adaptation, but the novella is better to me.

Yup, that's "The Langoliers"...I thought it was a pretty good adaptation, but do read the novella, it's much better...it's in "Four Past Midnight"...and as a bonus, you'll get to read 3 more of his stories!
