I love both ideas, But Dr. Sleep really feels like it needs to be written. I'd love to see Danny using his gift to help people, and the potential of him running into Charlie McGee(even if that was a joke) seems only natural. Ka if you will. Everything in King's universe is connected in some way, and it will feed into the Dark Tower in some shape or form. And the potential of my all time favorite ancillary character, Dick Halloran, being mentioned gets me giddy with anticipation.

Im findin it hard to choose. On one hand, Danny Torrence (initials DT) might an probably does have a Dark Tower jorney of his own. Then theres a chance to see Roland again... my heart breaks.

It's my understanding Steve will be writing both books but he wants to know which one the fans would like first.

While a huge fan of the Shining, and while I am sure that an epilogue to it would be interesting, I am also one of those Tower Junkies that will eat as much of it as Sai King can dish out.......

Luckily, it seems he will write both if they both hold his interest, so I can vote for my obsession!

Thats good to hear Mrs Mod! Im still findin this hard, like choosin which baby you give life to first. The feeling is, we have to visit Danny Torrence as a Dark Tower quest. But do we have to get to Roland also?

I've voted for Doctor Sleep, cos I'm just too coooorious.

Although I'm chomping at the bit to read both! It's always so exciting to know that there's new work coming - I waited sooo long for UTD - but it's even more exciting NOT knowing what is coming our way.

Is next year's book going to be one of these, or something else? Must......calm......down.
